Dr. Hwan Lee

BVetMed, MRCVS

Dr. Lee was raised in California and influenced to pursue a career in veterinary medicine by his father, who is also a veterinarian. He graduated from the University of San Diego before studying veterinary medicine at the Royal Veterinary College in London, England. After completing his veterinary degree in 2011 he returned to San Diego for a rotating internship at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital.

Dr. Lee moved to start an East Coast life in New York with his wife and two daughters. Since then he has been working at the Veterinary Emergency Group for the past 4 years. He is honored to work with Dr. Al Vogel who has served the White Plains community for the past 43 years and hopes to achieve the same standard of care in veterinary medicine. Dr. Lee is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Masters of the Royal Veterinary College of Surgeons, Westchester Rockland Veterinary Medical Society, and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.

Dr. Alison Allan

Dr. Allan comes from Glasgow, Scotland, and recently moved across the Atlantic, joining White Plains Veterinary Hospital in August 2018.

She qualified as a veterinarian from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh in 2008 and went into general practice working in the North of England for over 3 years. In 2012, she returned to Glasgow and joined a local small animal practice.

Dr. Allan has always worked in small animal practice and is experienced in treating both dogs and cats. She is particularly interested in soft tissue surgery.

Outside of practice, she enjoys going to concerts and the theater with her husband and hiking with her dog, Alfie, an English cocker spaniel. She also loves skiing and traveling as much as she can!
